Your website is designed to remain functioning even in the event of a catastrophic failure to the New Orleans area’s infrastructure. However, some clients may feel they want to make changes to their website during an emergency situation. In such an event you would continue to go through our normal process, sending a support request to support@computercc.com for website updates or changes.
Most of our email clients should not experience any problems in the event of a catastrophic failure to the New Orleans area’s infrastructure. Some of our email clients have not yet been converted to our redundant servers. In case you cannot access email, please check our email migration page on this website for detailed instructions, and feel free to contact us at support@computercc.com if you have any questions or issues.

We suggest taking your server and program discs with you, as the above process can be time consuming. In case you cannot move your server, we would suggest taking your business-critical program(s) installation discs.
